<p data-start="146" data-end="583">Delicately browned on the outside, deliciously soft on the inside and covered in small, melted chocolate pieces – they are a little comforting treat that no breakfast box should be without. Whether on a cozy Sunday morning with a cup of coffee or as a sweet surprise for the playground – these rolls are guaranteed to make eyes light up.</p>
<p data-start="585" data-end="874">And the best thing is: you don’t need any professional baking equipment, fancy ingredients or hours of preparation. With a little patience and a lot of love, you can conjure up your own fragrant chocolate buns in no time at all, fresh from the oven, still warm and irresistibly good.</p>
<p data-start="585" data-end="874">I’ve been looking for chocolate buns in the supermarket from time to time recently, but haven’t really found any. So I just had to bake them myself.</p>
<p>Depending on the region and baker, there are different varieties of soft chocolate rolls. Sometimes with dark chocolate, sometimes with milk chocolate, sometimes plain, sometimes with a hint of vanilla or cinnamon in the dough. In this version, I added some cardamom as well as cinnamon. Baking them yourself not only has the advantage that you know exactly what’s in them – you can also vary them to suit your taste: with nuts, dried fruit or white chocolate.</p>

<p>The chocolate buns taste best freshly baked, but are also great to freeze. Simply defrost at room temperature or briefly bake in the oven – and they are as good as fresh again!</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Easter is just around the corner and to get us in the right mood, today we’re making delicious eggnog mug cakes from the air fryer. They’re perfect for when you spontaneously fancy some cake but don’t have the patience to wait ages for a whole cake to be baked.</p>
<p>The small eggnog cup cakes from the air fryer are also perfect for using up leftover eggnog.</p>
<p>For extra eggnog enjoyment, you can also pour a little eggnog over the cakes after baking.</p>
<p>The small mug cakes from the hot air fryer are also a real eye-catcher and are perfect for when visitors come over spontaneously. They are ready in under 20 minutes.</p>
<p>If you store the mug cakes in the mug, they will still be fresh the next day and taste almost like freshly baked. If you want to enjoy them lukewarm, you can simply reheat them for 3 minutes at 150 degrees in the air fryer.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Is it just me or are there blueberries or bilberries on offer in almost every supermarket at the moment? I don’t really like eating the small berries like this. You have to be a bit lucky and find sweet berries so that they taste good without anything. So the recipe for these blueberry cheesecake muffins comes at just the right time. Even slightly tart berries taste really good in combination with the sweet quark filling.</p>
<p>These juicy blueberry cheesecake muffins with puff pastry are perfect as a dessert when you have visitors but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. They can either be prepared in advance and are therefore perfect to take away or you can make them fresh and serve them lukewarm.</p>
<p>You don’t even need a hand mixer to prepare the blueberry cheesecake muffins. We make it easy in this recipe and use ready-made puff pastry from the chiller cabinet. You can also buy puff pastry in advance and freeze it. This way, you can easily prepare these delicious cheesecake muffins for unannounced visitors. Simply mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon and fill everything into muffin tins.</p>

<p>If you want to save a few more calories, you can replace the normal puff pastry with the light version and the quark with 20 % fat content with low-fat quark (calorie saving approx. 33 kcal per muffin). If you have found a sugar alternative with no or fewer calories that you like, you can of course also use this alternative here. I have tried <a href="https://amzn.to/3hMpnUE" target="_blank" rel="noopener">erythritol*</a> a few times and use it as a partial substitute for sugar. Usually 1/3 <a href="https://amzn.to/3hMpnUE" target="_blank" rel="noopener">erythritol*</a> and 2/3 sugar, otherwise the aftertaste is too strong for me. This mixing ratio also avoids the unpleasant side effect that <a href="https://amzn.to/3hMpnUE" target="_blank" rel="noopener">erythritol*</a> can have a laxative effect.</p>
