Peppermint ice cream Ninja Creami recipe

 300 ml Milk
 20 g Skimmed milk powder
 40 g Sugar
 8 Blanched fresh mint leaves
 1 Tbsp cream cheese
 2 tablespoon peppermint syrup
 1 Tbsp chocolate drops

Put all the ingredients except the chocolate drops into the Ninja Creami** container and mix well.

Freeze for 24 hours.

Process in light ice cream mode. Add the chocolate chips using the Extras mode.

If necessary, stir 1-2 times in respin mode until creamy.
