Whisk together the egg, garlic powder, paprika powder, thyme, oregano and salt.
Depending on the size, halve the zucchinis and cut into thick strips.
The zucchini strips are then breaded. First roll them in flour, then in the prepared egg mixture and finally in pink panko breadcrumbs.
Place in the basket of the air fryer and carefully brush with oil.
Bake for 12-14 minutes at 180 degrees.
