With the first rays of sunshine, it’s time to get the ice cream machine out of hibernation. What could be better than a fresh, creamy blueberry cheesecake ice cream from Ninja Creami**? We always have cream cheese and blueberries in the fridge or freezer. This recipe is therefore perfect if you don’t want to buy any unusual ingredients. Alternatively, you can also use blueberries from a jar. The blueberry cheesecake ice cream will definitely be a colorful eye-catcher!
You can order the Ninja Creami** here:
This delicious blueberry cheesecake ice cream is wonderfully creamy and has a consistency almost as if it has been made with cream. Overall, the cream cheese makes it an ice cream with a more stable consistency.
The recipe is designed to be mildly sweet, but if you like it sweeter, you can simply add sugar or xylitol to suit your taste. Alternatively, honey also goes well with this Ninja Creami recipe. If you want it to be even fruitier, simply add a few chopped blueberries after preparation in the Creami.
Incidentally, the recipe also works wonderfully with low-fat cream cheese (the consistency will still be very creamy), so you can save a few calories here too.

Preparation:
1) Stir cream cheese, sugar and milk together until smooth
2) Place in a Ninja Creami** container with the blueberries and freeze for at least 10 hours
3) Defrost for approx. 10 minutes before processing. Then process into creamy ice cream using the light ice cream mode. If necessary, repeat with the respin mode until the desired consistency is achieved (I used the respin mode twice more for this ice cream).
