Easter is just around the corner and to get us in the right mood, today we’re making delicious eggnog mug cakes from the air fryer. They’re perfect for when you spontaneously fancy some cake but don’t have the patience to wait ages for a whole cake to be baked.

The small eggnog cup cakes from the air fryer are also perfect for using up leftover eggnog.

For extra eggnog enjoyment, you can also pour a little eggnog over the cakes after baking.

 50 g Flour
 5 teaspoon baking powder
 40 g Sugar
 50 ml Egg liqueur
 50 ml Oil
 1 Egg

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth batter.

Divide the dough between 2 cups, there should still be enough space to the rim.

Then bake for 13-15 minutes at 180 degrees in the air fryer.
