Part 5 of the cocktail ice cream series continues with an absolute classic: Love on the Beach ice cream from Ninja Creami**. If you like the classic cocktail and fruity ice cream, you should definitely try this cocktail ice cream. The popular drink made with peach liqueur, vodka, orange and cranberry gets an ice-cold summer update in this variation. Perfect for hot days, barbecues and, in this case, without any alcohol (if you want).
The Ninja Creami** makes the Love on the beach ice cream wonderfully creamy.

I love everything that is fruity and tastes a bit like a vacation and this ice cream brings exactly that to the ice cream spoon. Depending on how sweet your fruit is, you may or may not need to add any sugar to this cocktail ice cream. I was lucky this time with very sweet peaches and a really tasty pineapple. It’s best to slowly work your way up to the sweetness. If the sorbet mixture tastes a little too sweet, it will be just right when frozen.
Why you should definitely try the Love on the Beach ice cream
It’s fruity, slightly tipsy if you add alcohol and simply puts you in a good mood.

Cut the fruit into pieces and place in a Ninja Creami container.
Puree with a hand blender.
Add lime juice, grenadine, and sugar if desired. Mix everything together well.
Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Select the sorbet mode.
If the ice cream is still crumbly, stir it until creamy with one cycle of the Respin.
