Ever since the Dubai chocolate trend, a delicious pistachio ice cream has been an absolute must. The fine, nutty taste and creamy consistency make it a real classic that should not be missing from any ice cream menu. With Ninja Creami**, pistachio ice cream is easy to make at home and the result is every bit as good as the original from the ice cream parlor. After my last vacation in Italy, I tried out a few things and this recipe for pistachio ice cream has worked best in Ninja Creami** so far.

If you like the pistachio ice cream a little chunkier, you can also add chopped pistachios. Depending on your taste, simply roast them plain or add salted pistachios for that extra something. If you want to make the pistachio ice cream as Dubai chocolate ice cream, skip the respin step, add some melted chocolate and stir it in using the Extras mode. Maybe you still have some pistachio cream at home and are looking for a way to use the leftovers.

Yields1 Serving

 250 ml whole milk
 50 ml cream
 40 g sugar
 3 tbs Pistachio Cream
 1 shot of milk

Place all ingredients in a Ninja Creami container and mix well.

Freeze for at least 24 hours.

When the ice cream is frozen through, we select the Ice Cream mode.

To make the ice cream extra creamy, we add a dash of milk and mix everything again using the Respin mode.
